“ Thank you for the note. Croatia was great. Your planning was perfect so we can’t find fault. We are pleased. Dubrovnik was magical. The Rixos was not the best. A good property no doubt.The location was good. The upkeep & the basic services werefar from satisfactory. I think they employ seasonal staff who are fly by night types. So they arenot trained enough. If there is another visit to Dubrovnik we would go for different hotel. The cars, drivers & guides were good. Very courteous as well. That is an important factor. We were particularly happy with the Dubrovnik walking tour guide, though I cannot quite remember his name now. Split was nice too. The boutique hotel Judita, in the old city was enjoyable and homely.The Esplanade Zagreb was classy and true to the old style. We were relaxed here with much spare time. The drive into Montenegro was fun clubbed with a ferry ride. A day well spent to get an idea of the other parts of old Yugoslavia. Strange how Nehru & Tito became friends !Croatia offers good food and to our surprise, super wines too. On the whole it was well organised by you. Just like our SA tour. We thank you for looking into it with a personal touch.”
